At Kiwi Az Creationz, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again.

That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent.

We do not offer a refund for "change of mind" this means that if a customer wishes to return a product due to change of mind there is no legal requirement for a return to be accepted, or refund to be issued. We do advise all customers to select your items carefully. 

Items are sent out in original good condition and packaged appropriately. Should an item arrive damaged or an item lost, all claims should be made through courier company.

Cancellations
