Hot & Cold Barrel Smoker

The Kiwi Az Hot n Cold smoker has been a sought after product for quite some time now and just like all of our barrel products we are extremely proud of our smoker.
Each smoker is hand crafted here in the Waikato from French Oak wine barrels infused with red wine, reinforced with stainless steel screws and hinges.
It comes with four castor wheels, a stainless steel chimney, a ventilation attachment, stainless steel tray and  2 charcoal baskets and one meat tray  (option is available for second tray to be installed)
We have also incorporated the amazing Smokai generator to give you the option to cold smoke and infuse your meats, cheeses and vegetables with a beautiful wood chip flavour that provides quality smoke.
